You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. toto21 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Deposits. toto21 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 (or currency equivalent). Deposits are credited to your toto21 Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. toto21 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any content from the toto21 Platform without the express prior written consent of toto21.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto21 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if toto21 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
toto21's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
toto21 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices.
toto21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
toto21 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or where required by applicable law, including disclosure to regulatory or law enforcement authorities in connection with AML, KYC, or other legal obligations.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which toto21 holds its operating licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require application of the laws of a different jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and toto21 arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting toto21 support at [email protected]. toto21 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support communication, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by toto21's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
toto21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, toto21 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or prominent on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the toto21 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
